Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right and you are welcome to return your item/s back to us within 14 days of receiving.

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The item/s must be in its original condition with the original packaging and all tags/garment stickers attached. Any garments that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains, odours that smell of perfume.

COST OF RETURNS

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. There is no fee deducted for store credit.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mandasen.com with 3 - 4 images along with your order number and we will contact you with next steps.

The Return Process

1. Email us at info@mandasen.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Let us know your order number and what pieces you would like to return, and if you would like an exchange, credit note or refund. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you are looking for so we can check our inventory.

2. In our return email, we will provide you with a return reference number to include in your package.

3. Ship your parcel back to us to:

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note: You are responsible for any damage incurred to the items during the return shipment. Please send the products well packaged, in their original box and/or packaging if possible. Tracking on your parcel is recommended.

4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Orders

Orders placed on our website will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. During holiday and sale periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day there may be dispatch delays to the volume of orders. Please be patient with us while we work through your orders.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@mandasen.com as soon as possible, as we will work to get your packages processed the next business day! If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange/return process.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Occasionally stock levels are not up-to-date on the online store, meaning items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is rare.

If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you need to make any changes to your order please email us right away at info@mandasen.com and we will do our best to update these for you.

If your order has already been shipped, Mandasen accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees.

Mandasen reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.

ORDER DETAILS AND PAYMENTS

Order details are available in order confirmation emails. Please note transaction processing is based in Australia, however, your bank may apply international transaction fees.
